Initial Visit

We feel it’s important to get to know our clients before starting services. We pride ourselves on knowing each of our caregivers very well from their personality to their care skills so that we can ensure we match you with the most appropriate caregiver. We know that the relationship you have with your caregiver is everything. It’s our job to make that as simple as possible.

We want to make meeting with you as simple and easy as possible. We’re more than happy to come to your home. We can also meet with you on Zoom, Skype or other platforms as life can get hectic and everyone meeting in the same place can often be a challenge. We want to work with you and your loved ones to ensure we get the best information in order to provide the best care possible.
