Most recently, while I was out of the country, one of my clients experienced a crisis and was admitted to the hospital. It happened very quickly, so I contacted Selectacare. Greg and his team stepped in immediately, coordinating PSWs to support my client and helping navigate a very stressful situation. From my very first conversation with Greg, I knew there was no need to look elsewhere. He was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, and that level of care carried through the entire experience. Both Belle and Merry Jean were absolutely lovely. You can truly tell they care about what they do, and that culture clearly starts with Greg’s compassionate and attentive leadership. At one point, we needed to arrange an additional overnight shift at the last minute, and without hesitation Greg had it sorted out immediately.
