We always recommend meeting with you whether in person or over zoom as we believe face to face is the way to best understand your needs. It gives us a chance to chat and answer any questions you may have as well as get lots of details about the assistance you require.
Matching a Caregiver
The most important part of arranging care is ensuring that we match a caregiver who has the right skills and also is someone with whom you enjoy spending time. We don’t use rosters or lists of caregivers. We work with a group of core staff so that we can do our best to select the right caregiver for you.

The best way to ensure our care is meeting your needs is through good communication. Regular follow-up conversations are essential to making sure the care meets and changes with your needs.

Selectacare was the first — and only — place I contacted when we needed short-term care. From my very first conversation with Greg, I knew there was no need to look elsewhere. He was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, and that level of care carried through the entire experience. Both Belle and Merry Jean were absolutely lovely. You can truly tell they care about what they do, and that culture clearly starts with Greg’s compassionate and attentive leadership. At one point, we needed to arrange an additional overnight shift at the last minute, and without hesitation Greg had it sorted out immediately.
